This one bedroom/one bathroom cottage is a great place for a family getaway. Relax under our spacious outdoor living area, while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake by day or spectacular stars at night. We have two kayaks and two paddle boards available for our guests. This property offers privacy and a great way to get away from it all. Only two hours from the DFW area, right on beautiful Possum Kingdom lake. We allow pets ($50 pet fee) . With two sleeper sofas, this house sleeps 6. We have a fully equiped kitchen, kitchen table with seating for six and island with barstools. The covered patio has a dining table and chairs, as well as, an outdoor kitchen(grill/bar/sink/fridge) for enjoying your lakeside view your entire stay!

Everything was exactly as advertised and the property is clean and well kept. Extremely quiet area of the lake easy to get into the water. We had a great time. Everything we needed was available and The host Heidi was always quick to respond and answer any questions and help make the stay the best. Great host couldn’t ask for better. Absolutely beautiful! And so peaceful. The owner is wonderful and welcoming. The property is very clean and tidy, nice decor. The outdoor kitchen and hot tub is a major plus for us! We loved the private dock, and seeing all of the wildlife. Will definitely return!

Very cute and intimate house with an amazing view!! The dock was perfect for our boat (and our proposal!!). The dock lights and half of the board walk lights did not work, but was otherwise perfect! Will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time at this cabin. Everything was perfect and just as described. The cabin was spotless. The lawn for our dogs was perfect as was the dock. We enjoyed everything from the comfort of the beds to the fishing and hot tub. I didn’t want to leave and want to return.
