"I have stayed at Hotel Le Plaza for varying periods over the last 3 years. I have also referred the hotel to 5 of my colleagues who now stay here. After 30 hours of travelling, I know I will be greeted at the front door, helped with my bags, followed by an efficient check-in at Reception, and a room will be ready. It's also nice to be greeted at breakfast and in the hotel foyer by various long-term staff. My only disappointment is that the beautiful bar area is not always open when I am there. ...

"I loved my time at this property!! It’s a charming boutique hotel with modern amenities in a central location with easy access to public transportation. The staff were all so kind accommodating. They gave me easy to follow directions to where I needed to go and provided wonderful recommendations. The view from the 10th floor is beautiful with a large shared balcony. I felt very safe here and walking around the property at night as a solo female traveler. Will definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel is ideally located, 5 minutes from the tram...in central Bourse with Grande Place 5 minutes walk. The reception is good, breakfast is excellent. The decor in hallways and bedrooms are okay but need updating. My main issue with my stay was the street noise from restaurants opposite and the cleaning street noise which started really early, but I only paid 85euros which included breakfast which was still good value. "Wow hotel! Cafe right downstair, cool room, , super comfortable bed, superbe modern bathroom and shower, great location! A little noisy at night (noise from the street) but that was not an issue for me. We loved it!"
