"A clean and tidy room freshly painted. Kettle in the room. Bed was and old sprung mattress that bent in half and springs stuck in your back. Completely knackered. Comfy bed is basic essential. No check in information/instructions provide. No reception. Bathroom was fairly modern but shower was leaking and floor peeling off. Very bad stench as water backed up in sink and drain blocked. "The beds and room were good. More hooks on doors for jackets or towels would be greatly appreciated! The breakfast was just ok; more and better choices are needed. Saw a mouse in our room once, but just the once. Staff askes if we left our window open, but our window looked into an interior kitchen area... Overall great staff and a nice stay, but just a few minor improvements and details would take this location to the next level. "

"A lovely guesthouse in a quiet road in Harmondsworth. We stayed in the family room which is a lovely size. The beds were amazingly comfortable and despite being close to Heathrow it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was brilliant also. We loved the stay and would definitely return."
