"Really nice hotel and well located for metro with good dining options nearby. Hotel breakfast was excellent and the bar had a good atmosphere in evening. We did not eat dinner in the hotel as we tended to eat in central Tokyo but menu looked good. Sadly we did not get to use the onsen. "

"The stay was very convenient being just outside the terminal 3 security, but it provided a nice clean, and private room that was comfortable to stay in for the night. The free breakfast was very nutritious and filled me up before my flight. I definitely recommend for any international Tokyo visitor."

"It’s in a fairly convenient location. The overall facility and rooms are clean, good breakfast, and well maintained. Staff also provides you with anything you might have missed to pack. The only negative is how small the rooms are. There’s no place to even properly open bags and take out clothes. But to be fair, the other hotels in Tokyo in general are much worse from what we researched. "

"This hotel was in a great location near many food options and convenience stores and train station. The rooms are a bit small then other apa hotels I have been at but is to be expected from my experience in this location. Staff and service was very helpful and helped me with anything I needed. Rooms is overall in good condition they clean upon request if needed before next scheduled full clean day. They also hang fresh towels and other essentials every day so you will always have a fresh towel to shower with and yukata for spa/onsen that's on the second floor. The only downside i had at all about the hotel/room or staff itself really is the inability to temperature control your own room to what u want either the room unit is set to heat or ac for entire floor you cannot customize this so if your a hot sleeper but they have it set to heat only your out of luck this overall for me was a very small inconvenience. Spring was very moderate in temperatures and was not a big problem."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! First off, the hotel itself is beautiful and our view... wow, our view was gorgeous especially after arriving at night after a long long overseas flight. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was close to the train station and 7-11 (love!!!) yet quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. If we wanted to get anywhere, it was a short walk to the major train station. We would definitely go back if we have the chance to visit Japan again. "

"A really great & convenient hotel to stay at. Its right off of the Shin-Urayasu station. It has a 24hr Lawsons. The amenities room & luggage locker room is convenient. The lobby lounge area is great for unwinding after a day of exploring or visiting the Disney parks. The room sizes just about match "Western" sizes. I would definitely stay here again!"
