"Attended a business dinner then stayed overnight. The food was lovely including the breakfast. Rooms were good (great shower pressure!). The only slight negative was that the earliest breakfast (Saturday) was 8am. My colleague had to leave at 7:15 so he left without food. "

"Very friendly and helpful check-in, clean and comfortable room with a good shower. Very cold when we entered the room but it quickly warmed up. Very convenient place to stay with easy parking once we solved the puzzle of getting to the back of the hotel :) We'll be back. The double room would have been improved with a second chair."

"We arrived about 40 mins before check in time and parked our car in the last space in the hotel's carpark. I went in to explain that we were going to leave our car and the very friendly lady on reception told us that we could check in early. We stayed in a lovely room that had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. That evening we had a few drinks in the very popular bar but we didn't eat in the restaurant (we had other plans). The next morning we were greeting in the restaurant for breakfast by a very cheerful lady who explained the breakfast menu to us. Breakfast was great-plenty of cold choice and the cooked breakfast was fantastic! Check out was quick and easy. If ever we were in the area again we would definitely stay at The Swan. "
