"Very cold on the lobby. Need to address cold Ottawa winter conditions that pour into the main lobby. All guests have winter jackets on trying to stay warm. "

"The Staff were always courteous and polite. Breakfast was excellently prepared for the Patrons and there was always a good assortment. Rooms are always kept extremely clean. I would assess the Adams Inn as a 4 accommodation and would recommend this location for anyone wishing to stay in Ottawa. I will be heading back again in May for another stay. "
