It is easy to get where I need to be and communication with the owner is a breeze. The place was warm during my winter stay even though the furnace can be a bit loud at times it didn't interrupt my sleep. Bonus is having laundry there and the necessary amenities for a weeks stay. If you’re not going to include the address in the description, you need to be proactive about sharing it with your renters - communication: because the rental is attached to another structure there are multiple doors that could be the entry.
