"Very nice hotel, nice and polite owner and staff, quiet location but town walkable distance, breakfast was very good and relaxed house with lounge and fridge, all clean too, enjoyed our stay. Car park was abit tricky too park was only small negative but i do have a large car which doesnt help but apart from this everything else was a very good stay and would return"

"Perfect little private get away pretty much in the middle of town. Small premium over other rooms available at Latimer house which have you added privacy and plenty of room for two to enjoy 3 nights away. "

"We had a lovely stay here over an extended weekend. The owner welcomed us and provided tons of local information. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well positioned, with plenty of private and on-street parking. We stayed in the suite and really enjoyed the huge bath and dual aspect bedroom with easterly morning light. The included breakfast was perfect for setting us up for a day of walking around the stunning countryside. We had a wonderful time. "

"The hotel is in a great location for easy access to Windermere. The pool was a short drive away, and as we were there for only a couple of nights we didn't get to use it. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Our bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely. Would be very happy to stay there again on our next visit to Windermere. "
