"I can’t put into words how stunning this place is! The host had the place all decorated for Christmas since we were there for the festivities which was great as we had a little one with us. The house is very spacious and was spotless! Only bit of feedback I have is that the kitchen utensils could be doing with an update. I was cooking christmas dinner which was a bit harder as there was no working potato peeler and there was not a small knife to use, only large ones. There was also no whisk but...

"On the surface this house has a lot going for it but once you peel back a layer there are some issues. You get what you pay for...Let me start by saying the location in Scotland is great for access to many sightseeing locations but the house is on the main road and the bedrooms bordering the road do not allow anyone to sleep past 6am unless you are used to sleeping next to a busy road. "Host Matt was very accommodating, place was very comfortable, clean. We stayed nine days and travelled in every direction from there. Close to town for groceries. Was really nice to be able to come “home” every evening and relax…and Matt checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Jenny, Tom, Frank and Nancy"

"We had a lovely few days in this property and the weather was stunning too. We made good use of the hot tub, the bbq and the walled garden great for relaxing. About a mile or so out of Cupar so not suitable to walk into. Very central to visit local things though we went to the East coast Crail, Anstruther etc and also went the other way to Fawlkand and Auchtrrmucty. All in all very good x "

The location was convenient as we traveled to Edinburgh several times easily with the close proximity to the motorway. Jennifer, the host, was very helpful with our day trips. "Such an amazing property, don't think the listing does it justice! We had 11 friends and a dog together for the weekend and the house was just fantastic. So much room inside with everything very well equipped. The outside space was amazing, a group sports day was hosted outside and the hot tub was thoroughly used. We will definitely be back!"

"The house is on a main road but once we found it and our way around to park at the side, it was easy. The house was very clean and well presented and warmed up quickly. The provision of milk, bread, eggs and butter was a lovely touch but I had ordered a shopping delivery so we had extra to take home. We cooked in the kitchen and it was very well equipped.
