"This apartment was a really great home base for us while we explored edinburgh area. The distance from town created a nice bubble of peace for us than if we had stayed in downtown. The distance from town also provided us considerable cost savings. The apartment and hosts were great. Having a private parking lot was really appreciated, and there is a bakery right next door. We ran out of the toilet paper provided, and there is a funky smell in the stairwell, other than that it was a very pleasant...

"Great place to stay! Everything was delivered as promised and the quality is exactly what I would expect. Not everything is tip top shape but it was perfect for us. A place to crash, shower and then hit the golf course. Had trouble getting in, thought the pin code for the lockbox I had been given was wrong. Turns out I was at the wrong address, the street right next to it has the same name but Crescent instead of Road... I called the support at like 9pm on a sunday and they picked up right...

"The flat is ok-ish, clean enough I would say but definitely not a luxury apartment. It has a couple of cool things like the bathroom mirror, a couple of lights and some black furniture but that's about all the luxuries. How luxurious is it when you have to hand wash the dishes and why would you host up to 8 guests but only provide towels for a max of 4!?! On the host's defence this was mentioned in the house rules but still... The gym is actually a stationary bike in the living room, some...

"Absolutely filthy flat. It's clean the doors, walls, handles, light switches, etc had never been cleaned. We had t go to Co-Op to get sanitizing wipes and spent the first hour cleaning the place. To top it off there was a tip jar in the kitchen for the cleaning staff? As full time travelers homes that was a first. Tacky. The listing also listed a dryer, which was an absolute requirement for us, and the flat did not have one. Falsely advertising the lodging is a crime "

"We had a wonderful stay at The Great Hall at DOLLARBEG castle. It’s beautifully decorated and extremely clean. It’s the nicest holiday rental we have ever stayed at. Communication with the owner/host was excellent. We live in Texas and hope to visit again some day. Kay and Rick"
