Very comfortable stay, both rooms were clean with good bathroom facilities and tea/coffee making station. There was a Restaurant on site and room service was very delicious and a reasonable price. Staff were very attentive.

During our stay, we encountered a couple of unexpected issues, including finding hair on the bed and a spider in the room. However, the staff promptly addressed the situation by replacing the bedding and offered to make amends with breakfast, though unfortunately, we were short on time. Despite these occurrences, the overall experience was pleasant, and the staff displayed professionalism throughout. I believe these were isolated incidents, and I would still recommend this place without hesitation.

Love the bath tub in the room and the staff was lovely. we would definitely stay here again. We loved how close it was to the train station. only 30 minute train ride to Edinburgh is perfect.

The staff at the Pitbauchlie are excellent. Special thanks to the chef for catering to my food allergies and providing me with tasty meals and the the waiting staff for all being so helpful and cheerful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The gardens are attractive and well maintained. We have been guests, either to stay or for an event, at the Pitbauchlie for over 50 years and are never disappointed. We hope to stay again soon.

The staff are very helpful, friendly and cheery. The hotel is quiet and peaceful and so relaxing. The rooms are clean, tidy and the bed is very comfy. We had decided to change our double room to the deluxe room. The member of staff on reception was so helpful and got the change of room sorted out very quickly. We really appreciated him doing that for us. Thanks again.
