"During my first stay at a Hyatt Place, I was impressed by their cozy but thoughtfully designed king room. The space featured a modern L-shaped sofa with throw pillows and ottoman, wall-mounted TV, well-lit workspace, mini-fridge cabinet and a mirrored dressing area with closet. An innovative translucent partition created a subtle separation between living and sleeping areas while maintaining an airy atmosphere. All of this in a traditional sized king room. No wasted space. The horseshoe counter in the lobby combined reception, marketplace, and bar services, and though staff had to multi-task, their service remained attentive and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was freshly prepared, not frozen reheated. The outdoor area was fine, but let's face it, you can't dress up an airport area and there’s not enough parking, so check in early. Will definitely seek out a Hyatt Place again."

"I stay at this hotel at least 2-4 times a year. Just love the location, staff and rooms. "

"We stayed one night to attend a concert. The room was clean and comfortable, but I'd go with a larger room than the "Queen" size bed. The TV directions didn't match the TV but we really didn't need to watch anything. The directions for the minibar were wrong, since there wasn't a minibar. To me, the thermostat shows 2-3 degrees higher than the temp really is, but it was a cold night. The hotel has a nice look and feel and the food we ordered from room service was delivered quickly and hot and delicious. "

"Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was beautiful with ample outlets. Housekeeping was excellent. Only issue was not receiving a text from valet parking, enabling the ability to request our vehicle. Staff willing assisted, however. Rooftop bar was so inviting! Will definitely return"
