Perfectly convenient to Grand Central, Bryant Park, and many others! Especially loved the spacious rooms, great coffee in the mornings, and the beautiful lux fragrance at entry! "great and convenient overall. I expected a better rate for the additional two nights due to a flight cancellation and my family was stuck, but I didn't get any cost savings except for a waiver of the $40 fee. As a result my costs were overdone. But cleaners from vallee to waiters were great and polite and friendly. One front end hotel secretary was rude, a couple of Saturday night restaurant girls at the front entry desk were slightly rude. Overall, very good, spacious, convenient, fun for kids to run around."

"I liked how you couldn’t hear anyone whilst staying in the hotel. I also liked how accommodating the staff was. I wish I stayed longer for my trip. It was decently priced. Room could’ve been larger though. 8.5/10"
