"This was our second visit here. The main reason for coming back was the room comfort and the great breakfast. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and we received 2 free drinks vouchers on check in, which was a nice surprise. Waiting staff were really lovely and the evening food was great. The one thing that lets the hotel down is the reception staff. These are the first people you meet upon arrival and they are just not welcoming. First impressions do make a difference! No smiles, or a “how are you?” We weren’t even asked how our stay was and if everything was ok, when we checked out. We left feeling a bit deflated after our celebration. It’s such a change from the Radisson Red across the road. "
