"The hotel is actually 5 older homes whose inner walls were removed to convert it to a single building. The result is a luxurios maze of stairwells and halls with unique rooms and foyers. It is within walking distance of Byers Road and many restaurants. The staff are very friendly. "

"the hotel is so lovely. room was huge, clean and had everything you would want and more. Had a record player in the room which was a lovely touch. Loved having a dance. Breakfast was the best ive had. self service continental. So much choice and so much better than your normal full english! Will definately recommend and if in Glasgow again will be the only place i stay. "

"For the price we paid excellent place, close to the westend for visiting son at uni. Room was clean and well equipped. Cons - bed too small and uncomfortable, also parking is an issue. The car park the hotel mention (Ashton road) is not actually free. Drove to Kirklee road through Botanical gardens which is 10 min walk away"

"Me and my girlfriend stayed here for the Slipknot concert and it was a really enjoyable stay :) very homely and the area its in is very nice and pretty quiet overall. Staff were friendly and up for a chat, free coffee and filtered water at the front desk made the mornings very relaxed. Rooms give you all you need but nothing more, can't really complain with that. Overall we both found ourselves agreeing that we would stay again if the opportunity arised."
