"Easy to get to off the M5, just keep in the right hand lane to turn right as the sign isnt very big or easy to see at night. If you miss it just drive out the services, back around the roundabout across the motorway and back into the services. Restaurant food was nice, we had the steak. We didnt have breakfast as left at 4am. This is the second time we have stayed. Would stay again as good value."

"Very central location close to shops and train station. Great value given size of the room and price of the breakfast. Enjoyed having choice of a bath and a shower plus being able to follow easy controls on air conditioning. Unfortunately the bed was not the most comfortable, the tea urn didn't ever get hot enough to make quality tea- and there were a lot of stairs!"

"Hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff gave a thorough run down of services end check in was quick and easy. Rooms were really nice with big beds and well appointed bathrooms as well as other little touches like a rocking chair! We also had breakfast with a good selection and cocktails 2 for 1"

"Stayed here a few times. Nice location with easy access to the bay or city centre. Efficient and friendly staff excellent breakfast with ample choice and good quality ingredeinet. One slight niggle dont like the heating in the bedroom heat comes through a vent high up and not easy to control. But wont stop us from staying here again."

"Birthday trip, staff were friendly and efficient, accommodation was clean and comfortable, we had room service for dinner and this was delivered promptly and was hot and tasty. The lakeside room was quiet and had lovely view over lake with only ducks, swans, geese, herons and Cormorants for company!"
