"In need of updating "

"Very enjoyable stay. Nicely decorated room with comfy bed and small balcony. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful and seemed happy in their jobs. Pool was a much enjoyed bonus and am sure the spa is great but sadly it was fully booked for a massage at convenient times. Food of a good standard but in my opinion a little overpriced. "

"Very comfortable room and well located for Norwich . Good value for the money . Only problem we had was the evening meal options as we stayed for 3 days my partner had the same meal ."

"I cannot really say anything 2nd night went swimming after that i was very ill spent next 2 days in bed till check out Previous stay have been very good."

"The location is great. Just outside the city. Cabs are a little bit annoying (no Uber - but the local app ABC Taxis is good. Plus reception has a “send me a taxi” button which works well. I have to say, the staff here are incredibly lovely. Everyone cares about your stay, everyone is helpful and they made any questions I had - seem important and they really made it their business to sort things out. Hotel is beautiful, area great, bar and restaurant very good, staff? Best I’ve encountered. "

"Nice hotel in a good location. Breakfast was good and they cater for our daughter who has coeliac. Pitch view was a treat for our football loving son. "
