"Connor at check in was wonderful! Friendly, efficient, helpful. He offered a borealis wake up call. I had no idea that was even an option! He got me a lovely room with a beautiful view. Your rooms are incredible. And clean. So many lighting options. I used the spa for the outdoor hot pools and sauna and steam rooms. Expensive but worth it! What a magical night. My only complaint was my fault. I ordered some meatballs from room service and got upsold foccacia. It was not up to par with the rest of your hotel. The meatballs were very good however. "
