Outside property was a mess and looked more like a junk yard than anything resembling accommodations. Filed complaint with VRBO and waiting to hear back about a full refund. Had to find another place to stay on very short notice. This listing should be pulled off your site. "

A basement apartment (approximately 12 stairs down) in a quiet neighborhood that is stocked with everything you need as well as some of the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room supplies that you will need. The hosts were great! They made sure I had whatever I needed, answered all my "tourist" questions but at the same time didn't bother me unnecessarily. They made sure that the parking spot that is reserved for their guests is ALWAYS free of snow and ice...
