"I stayed 3 nights with my two grandsons we had a great time. We fished the near by lakes it’s best if you have a boat. On Saturday we drove to Lonestar to the water park on lake that was really nice. Great local restaurants food was great and the people were very friendly. Overall great experience. The only issue we had was barking dogs early in the morning. "

"We rented the house for the weekend as we had an event to attend. We brought the family and two small dogs. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The lake was very nice and although we didn’t have time to fish, it looks like a nice place to relax and catch a few. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. "My husband and I were in much need of a peaceful weekend escape. This little cottage was absolutely perfect in every way! It completely hit the mark! Anna the host even had fresh perfectly baked chocolate chip cookies waiting for us upon arrival! I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. We visited the nearby farmers market in Winnsboro and it too was so wonderful! We will definitely visit again! And hopefully many more!
