"Lovely place, very clean and comfortable rooms. We had a a bit of an issue at check in, we had booked a family room which turned out to be a double bed and a trundle bed which they brought up. The trundle bed was not fit for purpose really, it didn't look safe to sleep on. Couldn't fault the staff or the manager though, they were very helpful and made sure to try and resolve the issue for us straight away. "Loved staying here. The convenience of having a kitchen was wonderful and cost effective. Quiet building with double security with 24/7 monitored front desk and key card elevator access. As a single traveler, I felt safe. Convenient location located next to the subway. Great variety of restaurants and pubs (the Hootenanny is across the street but I never heard them). Only knock is the beds. Mattress was very hard. Everything else was perfect ! Will stay here again. "
