"We were suppose to stay in the main building on Bath st. but the elevator was not working. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. Only thing is a small fridge- it was ok for us since we only stay for 2 nights 3 days. But for longer stay, the small fridge maybe an issue. "They were so kind and accommodating even though we arrived earlier than check in. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our stay. They messaged us with places to eat or grocery shop nearby and made communication very easy if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This cozy unit has pros and cons. It's hard to beat the location, as it's just a few minutes walk from everything in the city centre, as well as the two main train stations. "Overall the place was good. Kitchen is smaller than we thought and the dishwasher was hard to use. The panel on the front of the dishwasher was too long so you couldn't open it all the way to fill and empty properly. There was no extra hand soap in the bathrooms or bin bags in the kitchen which made cleaning a challenge.Location was fabulous and communication with the owner was great and easy. Overall nice place. "I was a really great hotel. The rooms, whilst a little small were perfect. I had the best night sleep and considering it was next to a train station I heard nothing! The pillows were absolutely amazing too. The breakfast was cute, I loved that the eggs had been drawn on with little funny quips or faces. The bar area was great and we made use of that for tea and gin and whiskey! I would definitely recommend this hotel."
