"Beautiful property with wonderful HostsErwin and Kim. The cottage was perfect with scenic views of wildlife and the countryside. We rented one of the electric boats for a day of canal exploring and a ride to town. Road the E-bikes around the countryside and to town. ALL their restaurant recommendations were excellent. Definitely would recommend this property for a quiet weekend or for families with children."

"Lake House 74 exceeded our expectations! We were a group of 6 - 2 couples with our adult children. The location of the house was perfect - just outside of Leiden, situated along a canal. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Stephan was easy to contact, very responsive to all of our requests, and made us feel at home. He also had great suggestions for local activities. Be sure to rent a boat and drive through the canals to get to the center of Leiden. I would stay here again...

The tram station is less than a 10 minute walk away which will take you into Amsterdam South. The supermarkets are a 5 minute walk away. The host generously provides bikes which we took on a 28km bike ride to Amsterdam Bos and back. Cora the host was very responsive and friendly. We can highly recommend this property. "
