We asked for an upgrade to a sea view as there road works at the front of the building and therefore noisy but were told ( 6 hrs after asking and having to ask again)that no rooms were available although the hotel was clearly far from busy. "Glad that I followed a tip from others to ask for accomodation on the runway side of the boat, as the other side was very noisy. Breakfast buffet was great. "
