Find Hotel with a Concierge in Gibraltar

"Wanted to have a swanky stay in Gibraltar and the hotel didn't disappoint. Everything was great, especially the room, breakfast buffet and happy-hour cocktails. "

"Although we were aware that the hotel was closing we still expected 4 star accommodation as that is what we paid for. The pool and terrace area were in a very bad state of disrepair and the pool area unusable. We asked for an upgrade to a sea view as there road works at the front of the building and therefore noisy but were told ( 6 hrs after asking and having to ask again)that no rooms were available although the hotel was clearly far from busy. "Great views and incredibly clean. Very helpful. Dining at dinner was good but very slow in bar area. First night better than the second. The only improvement to suggest would be manager in dining room. I had to ask for everything and not overly friendly in the bar area. Decided to go elsewhere our third night. Other than that everything was very good. "
