"The staff there were so nice. The property itself is stunning, nice and quiet but there is access to food nearby. Breakfast had decent options and the goat soup with scorched rice I ordered for room service was incredible. It is not too far from main attractions and since transportation from Grab or scooter is an option, it makes it pretty easy. I would definitely come back here again"

"We loved our stay. arrived at the welcome center and soon were on a short boat ride to the resort. Our room had a private hot tub, which staff filled with the hot spring. The salty hot spring was comfortable and great for the skin. Dinner and breakfast were great. The room was very nice, with a bathtub, shower, big TV, and a comfortable bed. We were sad we only had time for one night."

Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. "I did not get the right type of room I booked ! I did talked with the receptionist when I received the room key, he said they were run of room for the one I booked, he would refund me the difference when I checked out. However, no refund was issued and when I called hotels.com rep. the hotel even decline what they promised. For the room, I was given the room near the food elevator, avoid this room at all cost, because, in the morning, all of clothes would have food smell. "
