"The staff was friendly and nice, because of them I wouldn’t want to give a bad rating but this is for anyone that is thinking about staying here. The room was dirty, pillows and blankets were stained, bathroom was dirty and small, the hairbrush that is left in the bathroom for guests had hair on it from a random person, you can tell it wasn’t clean. "The guest house is a great place to stay ,we really enjoyed our stay ,it’s clean and great customer service .the owner of the guest house is very friendly, the breakfast was amazing ,the owner of guest house invited us to join their a lunch before we leave to Hanoi .they are sweet couple .I will recommend to all my friend to stay here and we definitely will come back here again we rate this guest house 5 star rating ."

"Our stay in Ninh Binh was perfect! The hosts were so kind and helpful. The place was so clean and they were always making sure we had what we needed. The fruit we had at breakfast was amazing!! We had so much fun renting a motorbike from them and riding around Tam Coc. Amazing place for a great price"

"We loved Nin Binh and the Emeralda was our favorite hotel… we took 2 tours that we booked directly through the hotel, and they were awesome! Our guide was Dung, for both days, and he was great. We also booked our transportation to Hanoi through the hotel and it was very nice! If you think you want a massage, book early! We only got 1 out of 3 attempts because we tried to book to late."

"We absolutely loved our stay at ChezCao Rice Field Ecolodge! The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great selection of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The view of the rice fields was simply magical. Unfortunately, the cloudy and cold weather meant we couldn’t use the pool, but that didn’t take away from the experience. We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Ninh Binh!"

Clean and Comfortable

"Our room was very comfortable and clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Blue went through everything we needed to know in the room and was always ready to help. The availability of bicycles was fantastic and made our stay even better. Blue provided us with a map of the area and special sites to check out. Overall our stay was great and would stay again."

"I checked in on the evening of September 5th. 1. The attitude and service of reception female employees to customers are the best. I really want to compliment her. 2. The location is a little away from the city center. However, there is no big problem because it is less than 10 minutes if you travel by vehicle. 3. The facilities are clean and satisfying."
