Everything is 5-10 mins distance . If u come to Ninh Binh must stay at this property . I have stayed at lot of 5 star properties throughout d world but this have different vibes . Must stay here "

"Gorgeous picturesque property. Huge cabana. Kind thoughtful staff. Recommend everyone to stay here if they want a little space and quiet from the bustle. There are bicycles to borrow and motorbikes on property to rent for cheap. "

"The suite had the wow factor and was very comfortable. The only downside is the property was a pretty long walk along a busy road into the main town so we took advantage of the free bikes and also used taxis "

"We booked while in Sa Pa as it was good priced and looked nice. We left Sa Pa a night early, so i messaged the hotel on whatsapp to ask if we could have a room that night also. They gave us a room for the extra night at very short notice. We arrived at almost midnight, but the manager was ready and waiting for us. He ran out and collected our bags and took them to our room then showed us around. He was a very nice man, with good english skills. The next day we had a fresh local breakfast and they told us of the nice sights to see. While we were sight seeing they washed our laundry for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is in a lovely and quiet area close to nice restaurants and local attractions. Highly recommend the hotel to anyone "

"Wonderful property. Beautiful grounds. Beautiful room. Fabulous staff. A bit isolated, however. You’ll need to drive, or be driven, about 15 minutes into town if you want to walk around for shopping, food or drinks. Just head toward the Bich Dong Pagoda and you’ll find the town. "

"Staff at this hotel are very nice and welcoming. Location is also perfect for exploring. Close to Tam Coc and surrounding attractions. Grounds of the hotel are beautiful and rooms are clean and very comfortable. Definitely felt like a luxury staying here and it’s very reasonably priced for the standard of hotel. So enjoyable we decided to extend our stay. "
