"One thing that stands out with this hotel, it’s staff. Everyone wears a smile no matter what time of the day or night. I’ve been in many places but their warmth toward the guest is hotter than Dubai itself. Hotel itself is ok but the people runs it is superb and i will highly recommend it to my friends and family. "

"The condition of the hotel leaves much to be desired, with minimal comfort. It’s clear that cleaning is done, but a more thorough and deep cleaning is needed. Everything in the room is quite old. The TV is outdated, with more than 40 channels claimed, but in reality, there are about 10, and only 2 of them are in English. The only thing I really liked was the fish at the reception, and that’s probably it. If you’re traveling for work, this hotel could be considered as an option."

"I only booked this accomodation to go to the infinitypool on the top, but this is NOT included. Unlike the frontpage picture that they are advertising with. You have to book a HOTEL room again to go to the pool only. "
