"The room was great. But the staff are terrible. I asked for towels and it took 3 hrs to deliver. And also, I asked for replacement of the battery for the safety box and i waited for nothing! I don't recommend this hotel."

Note that this is effectively a managed apartment, and not a hotel, so some basic features are lacking, even though they are listed on the unit information: 1. There is no luggage storage. The property management team will simply tell you to use a luggage storage service 2. There's an in-unit washing machine, but no dryer, and no laundry room for the building. They have a drying rack you can use, though, and they had some Tide pods...
