"Residence Studio Vita was a home away from home. It has everything you need, spacious corridors, and close proximity to many amenities. There were great shopping and restaurant options around. "My stay was truly wonderful. The apartment is located in an easily accessible part of Bologna, just a short walk to everything you could possibly want to do and see. Wonderful restaurants are directly next to and across the street from the apartment. The area is quiet and extremely safe. The apartment itself is very clean and modern. I loved having a nicely furnished kitchen for once on vacation. I would stay here again with no reservations whatsoever. "

"The immediate area around the location is not heavily touristed and you can get a genuine local experience. 5 to 10 minutes walking towards the centre of town and the action picks up. Bedroom, lounge and kitchen are all clean and comfortable. The little balcony is where we finished every evening listening to sounds of life. Great stay."

"We had a very nice stay at Casa del Laureato. We were worried at first because the building was nondescript but upon entering the door we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was bright, clean, spacious, modern, cozy and organized. "My wife and i really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It felt like a much-loved home. It was a little dated in some respects (bathroom and kitchen) but this added to its natural charm for us. Also, while there was noise into some rooms from the busy piazza outside, it offered a sense of vibrancy to our stay, and connection to Bologna. We especially loved the size of the apartment, perfect for a longer stay of 16 nights. We hope to return as soon as possible. Thank you!"

"Small but totally functional apartment in the heart of old Bologna, with everything we needed. Check-in was easy and the space was surprisingly quiet given all the activity nearby. We were there during a heat wave, so the air conditioning was indispensable. Great stay overall!"

"Great property, great stay. Highly recommend. Beautifully and functionally furnished. A little far to walk from train with baggage, so get a cab if you're tired. Americans need to allow the 7 hours (yes) for a small laundry load but it's better than nothing. Instructions through text a tad tedious but it got done and works out."

"The Aparment is an interior unit over looking the interior roof of the building underneath. It's on the second floor right above one of the main city fresh food and fish markets. It's very centrally located right next to the main city square with walkable distance to all the main city attractions. However with that location comes really heavy noise in the evenings from several restaurants and bars downstairs until late, as well as some mornings hearing all the bottles and garbage...

"It was a single unit flat which we liked. It was absolutely good for privacy and quietness. The space inside the flat was very well organised, but small. It is close to the city, but at the same time quite and far from concrete and buildings. It was a pleasant stay, and with the good weather, in spring or summer it should be amazing! We staid in late October and it was rainy, so couldn’t enjoy the full potential of the property. "
