"Absolutely terrible. Within 24 hours of staying here I lost power and had a major leak coming from the bathroom that flooded all the way out my door when I hadn’t even used water yet! There was no one answering the phone and when I called the main line and the lady i spoke to was extremely rude and was zero help. I had to book another place for the rest of my vacation. By far the absolute worst place you can stay and will not give you a refund or help you at all. If i could give it negative...

"Stayed at B. & B Il Castellino in March 2025, after seeing a positive review. Sadly, our stay was not good at all, and we were happy to leave. The biggest problem was very poor communication from management about the true status of services. We arrived by train, and there was no taxi or bus service. We called the restaurant (Creperia and More, owned by the same owners) to advise us, and they said it is “a 10 minute walk.” We carried our luggage for 1/2 mile and up 21 flights of stairs from the...

"Nice little B&B , comfortable rooms with everything needed. Breakfast had a large variety of food and was tasty. If you are parking in the lot they suggest, pack very light. Bit of a walk in and a few sets of stairs. Great value for money ."

"Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super. Wir würden überaus herzlich empfangen und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Das "Häuschen" war sehr sauber, die Größe und Ausstattung war top. Dank Kheli hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas ausserhalb und die Fahrt dorthin ist etwas "abenteuerlich". Belohnt wird man jedoch mit einer tollen Aussicht inmitten der Natur. "We arrived via the not fit to drive at night broken road and upon arriving decided NOT to stay even though we had paid. The hotel pics must be very old as it looks like something from a horror film. Flaky paint, badly kept gardens and flies in our room. We handed back the key and left. The road to the property is horrendous. Don't even think about going anywhere for dinner and back....it's not safe....awful"

"The property was very clean and located just above the town square. The owner met us after hours to let us in. He was pleasant and helpful. The elevator was a big help because I had my 82 year old mother and steps are hard for her. Overall we were very pleased! "

"Ossuna Bay is a very nice small hotel located in the centre of Cefalu. It's close to the beach and all of the sites. It has a great breakfast with a wide selection included in the room rate. The one downside is that the hotel is in a ZTL zone and its parking lot is about 400m from the hotel itself. You need to coordinate with the hotel front desk to get access to the locked parking lot and tote your luggage to the hotel. Fortunately the person at the front desk was easy to communicate with and we got the car stashed safely away. "

Beautiful hotel-highly recommend.

"This hotel was a nice surprise. It was beautiful. Great location that was not too far from town center yet at a comfortable distance to ensure quietness. There was a pool and the hotel had both indoor and outdoor facilities that were beautifully set up and maintained. The breakfast was amazing too with options for various freshly squeezed juices. "

"Beautiful place to stay near Cefalu. You can walk into the town but it's a bit hazardous sharing the road with vehicles. If you have your own car, it's easy to park here and drive into Cefalu; we parked near the train station and walked around. Blue Bay is very peaceful with a decent breakfast as well as a small bar for coffee and other drinks. Comfy bed. Nice place to relax. The wifi was t very good but other than that, a great place. Our room also had a small kitchen which would be handy if you were staying for a longer time "

"Our stay was amazing, very relaxing and just what we needed after working everyday. The food was yummy very wide range to choose from, the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The entertainment staff made the stay much more fun. Would definately recommend."
