The biggest problem was very poor communication from management about the true status of services. We arrived by train, and there was no taxi or bus service. "Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super. Wir würden überaus herzlich empfangen und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Das "Häuschen" war sehr sauber, die Größe und Ausstattung war top. Dank Kheli hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas ausserhalb und die Fahrt dorthin ist etwas "abenteuerlich". Belohnt wird man jedoch mit einer tollen Aussicht inmitten der Natur. Wir sagen Danke und hatten eine schöne Zeit!"

"We had an amazing experience at Casale Margherita. Very easy to get in touch with via WhatsApp, scheduled taxi rides for us to surrounding areas for a fee. The gentlemen that drove us to a surrounding city and again to the bus station the next day was so wonderful, brought us for a traditional Sicilian coffee and cannoli nearby. The pool was incredible. Would highly recommend. "

"We arrived via the not fit to drive at night broken road and upon arriving decided NOT to stay even though we had paid. The hotel pics must be very old as it looks like something from a horror film. Flaky paint, badly kept gardens and flies in our room. We handed back the key and left. The road to the property is horrendous. Don't even think about going anywhere for dinner and back....it's not safe....awful"
