"L'annonce est alléchante: appartement correct et bien placé, prix convenable. Le propriétaire nous a envoyé un message via Abritel le jour de notre arrivée à Bruxelles pour nous annoncer que le logement est déjà occupé. Ce propriétaire a pourtant reçu plusieurs messages de notre part, via Abritel, ainsi que de l'équipe d'assistance d'Abritel, plusieurs jours auparavant, auxquels le propriétaire n'a jamais répondu.Le 23 décembre 2024, à 16h00 nous avons trouvé à nous reloger par nos propres...

"Some moulding on wall due to a water leak of some kind. It did not affect any functionality, however, the space was damp and mouldy smelling. The utensils were difficult to locate as they were in a cleverly hidden slide drawer which required communication to locate. The tennent on the main floor was intolerant to the paranoids of an older stair structure and having to lift luggage up the flight (as there is no elevator). "The best part it had a washing machine. Worst part on technically 3rd floor, no elevator, very narrow staircase barely wide enough to carry a small suitcase. I ended falling climbing up because my suitcase got cought up on the bannister. The floor was not very clean and the linnens and bedsheets smelled like mildew. It was about 20 minutes on the bus from Brussels central but the busses are not very regular. I stayed there for a week."

"Apartment is conveniently located near Brussels attractions. Comfortably accomodated 4 adults with everything we could possibly need for our stays. Property manager was very responsive to questions and needs ! Would highly recommend to friends and family :)"
