"Customer service was top notch! Room was updated and visually appealing. Located in sketchy area but very close to NRG and restaurants and never felt unsafe. Our room smelled of smoke and I wish I had a comforter or blanket rather than just a sheet. "

"Stayed here one night for the Houston Rodeo. It was good for the money and location. I wouldn't stay here if our kids were with us. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and got us checked in fast. No issues with the room. Everything worked as it should, cold refrigerator...."

"Long drive completely exhausted been going since 5:30am. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower/bat was perfect. The breakfast was okay but it didn't have any meat or eggs. I wanted grits and bacon but got a mini waffle with water instead. No apple juice just water came out and the cranberry juice was orange. The coffee machine was nice with its different options for my husband."

"I am not stable right now as far as living arrangements go, but itvis great to come to a place with affordable prices and get five star service. The staff makes you forget about the negative things going on because they’re always so helpful and positive. If I was to build a hotel, I will recruit this staff to start my business. Terrific job all around!"
