"I have my family with me for this trip. Room 108 was assigned to us, the only bad part for this room a little animal friend was hiding below this cabinet and you can tell in the picture. The Management of the hotel should hire and keep a infestation company to check each room for rodent avoid this situation for future guest. Overall , room bed were comfy and new aircon was installed. The facility needs an upgrade. "

"The place was beautiful, so much greenery and such a spacious, lush area. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Dennis was amazing and made efforts to help us with what we needed! Breakfast at the cafe was great at the Evergreen. The food at One Fishing Place Floating restaurant was decent, but wasn’t too appetizing. However, I would say the staff made the stay memorable. Will definitely come back!"

"While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. Front beach area lots of small drift woods and unclean so unsafe to swim. They said they clean them in the morning but around afternoon they should clean them again as they accumulated.
