"Ce que j'ai beaucoup aimé c'est l'attention et le sourire du personnelle en étant toujours prête à satisfaire le client. Vraiment je n'ai rien à me plaindre de ce côté. La seule chose que je n'ai pas tellement aimé, c'était le petit déjeuner qu'on n'avait pas de choix. Pour le transport, ce n'était pas aussi facile quand on avait besoin un taxi comme partout ailleurs."

"The service staff at the front desk welcomed me with warmth, and every team member I interacted with—including the security officer, front desk staff, and room attendants—demonstrated exceptional courtesy, attentiveness, and professionalism in addressing my needs. Although the hotel does not provide an airport shuttle service, they went above and beyond by arranging a Grab ride on my behalf, enabling me to conveniently pay the driver in cash upon arrival at the airport."
