I’m sorry but I did not get his name (Armando or Amado) from the security staff downstairs was so very nice and thoughtful, we are holding my son’s suit when he saw us and immediately grab a hanger so we can easily transport the suit without wrinkles. It’s really the little things that means a lot. Thank you! Everyone made our stay super comfortable and fun. FYI…the brunch is excellent!"
