"The hotel was very quaint, authentic Mexican decor with an artist’s twist. Very beautiful. Bed was comfortable and our room was plain but had all of the basics. Washroom was small, step in shower was great. Only one bath towel each was provided and there were no hooks to hang anything to dry. Hotel was renovated so I’m not sure if this is something that hasn’t been added yet? We visited during a quiet time in Mazatlan. Old town was busy at night and the square was active with a nightly market....

"Despite the poor reviews about communication with managers, we actually got into our place right at 3:00. It might have been a challenge if we hadn’t been right there waiting. It was a quaint and comfortable place, that seemed to have an interesting history. Very close to main plaza. Kitchen had the basics. It would have been nice to have 5 gallons of filtered water available and at least one kitchen towel. Overall a comfortable stay."

"This was solid and clean place to stay. The condos are new and clean. They are very nice for the price you pay. The beach is literally a block away with a beautiful view if you walk over. I have no complaints about my stay there. Some people may feel a little uneasy about walking through the basement parking garage after hours to access their room, as the front entrance is locked in the evenings. "The property is right across the street from Mazatlan’s malecon, And very conveniently located for many dining options across from or on the beach. The pool deck on the top of the building off, spectacular views, as too many of the rooms above level four. An excellent breakfast is included in the stay, which is a rarity these days and very appreciated. An all around wonderful place to stay at the southern terminus of Mazatlan’s beach front."
