We loved it, we had a full size fridge/freezer a dishwasher, a stovetop and some pots and dishes. The couch pulled out into a bed and u could easily have a family of 4 here and it would be perfect. "The room was way nicer than expected for the price. The room was large, clean, and it had a large tv. Many budget options skimp on the tv size. Everything was clean and worked as expected. I have stayed in rooms double the price that were way worse. Would definitely recommend."

"The guest house was very comfortable. Just a short walk to Otsego Lake. There was some confusion on the code to get into the house but once in we enjoyed our stay."
