"The house is just as pictured. It gave my family the room we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed for all our cooking needs. Loved the lake. It stayed shallow for quite a ways out. My only concern is it seems a portion of the beachfront has been left to have the grasses grow into the beach. In the picture the beach area is longer more of a rectangle. I would be disappointed if more of the sandy beach would be lost. My grandchildren loved playing in the sand. Overall, it was perfect."

"Becky and Brian have a beautiful, cozy cottage. It was a perfect size for a weekend away. Everything was there that we needed. It was so clean and updated very nicely. We will def be back and will recommend their VRBO. You won’t be disappointed if you rent. "

"Property was very clean. Good location for the Boyne/Petoskey/Charlevoix area. Beds comfortable. Bath off of master bedroom could use a towel bar or hooks. Overall, very good stay. "

The location was super convenient, a quiet little place in the country but close enough to town to go out to eat and find entertainment. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to go somewhere for a little rest and relaxation. "

"Great location! Great check in process! Perfect for me & my husband! My only negative thing to say is that the bed & pillows could be a little better quality & there was no spatula. But other than that it was great!!! It was nice & clean, no weird odors short drives to either Gaylord or petosky."
