"Our stay was essentially our home away from home. The property was very clean with a few extra treats left, which the kids enjoyed. The property managers were very responsive for any questions posed. The property was also very spacious. Boyne City and boyne Falls were very nice as well. But mainly the proximity to Boyne Mountain was perfect. Thank you for the enjoyable and relaxing vacation. "

Living room was large enough for all the adults and kids could move in at out at the same time with ease. "As advertised. About 12-15 min from Boyne Mountain Ski drop-off area. It is an easy drive. The house is small but recently updated. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of house for good privacy if you want to watch TV at night. We had no issues with wi-fi bandwidth. Streamed multiple movies on TV and iPad, etc. Washer and dryer worked fine. Convenient to grocery store. Kitchen well stocked with dishes/cookware. Dog yard is well fenced in. A light out back would be helpful for my old blind...

"Rang in 2025 with family here and had a great time. Plenty to do close by (within a half hour) and comfortable just staying at the house. Could have been a little more seating in common area with TV, but we had 12 adults so very understandable. Nice kitchen and dining area for drinks and games. Would stay here again."
