"We haven’t left yet, but thought we’d share how things are going. The check-in was smooth. We were able to check in early (for a fee). There is also a parking fee. There are plenty of carts to assist with luggage and coolers and such. There’s plenty of activities available (Magiquest, Build a Bear,waterpark, characters, bowling) and lots of on-site food and beverage options (sit down, ice cream, pizza), a gift store. "Our room was comfortable for 2 adults and 3 children. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The hotel seams a little dated, could use some upgrades. We were on a weeklong ski trip and this was only one of our stops, so we had to bring in a lot of items that we would need later due to the extremely cold temps. Although they have hand carts, the rooms are not all on the same level, so we had to stop and carry items to our room. Just an inconvenience. Overall We liked it."

"We had the best time with our extended family! There was plenty to do for the whole family ages 1-65, we barely left the property! The staff and host were very responsive and easy to interact with, especially Tricia, Nick, and Mackenzie, and we had every amenity we could think of. The side by side houses were perfect for our family, and the ease of sharing amenities like beach and grill made it seamless. THANK YOU for a memorable family trip - we hope to come back! "

"We stayed there for a New Year's getaway with our kids, friends, and their kids. Played lots of games, used the hot tub, and just had a nice relaxing time!"

"Clean, affordable, cozy place on the lake for a getaway. Host was very accommodating, beds were comfortable. The lake wasn’t busy at all so it was very peaceful."

The site stated a bedroom and usually that includes a door with privacy that was not the case. Electrical was outdated and couldn't use the microwave. "I thought it was a good value for a home base for a snowmobile trip , not a big living area to hang out in but it has 6 beds and where there to ride not hang out in the house . "

"This is a different hotel experience. There is not a front desk or on-site staff but the communication via text is excellent. We had an issue with our heat and it was solved reasonable quickly. The person who fixed it also helped coordinate an extension for our stay. The lake view is amazing and there is a trail in the back of the property for walking or biking. The common areas are also comfortable and clean. "

"The hotel was clean and in good condition. It had a great view of the bay and was near a lot of restaurants and shops. The only negative was the bathroom door in our room had been recently stained and was a little wet to the touch, with a slight smell. It was dry by the second day though. It was slow, since it was the off season, but that was great for us, since the kids could swim all they wanted and I didn’t feel like they were annoying anyone or being crowded in the pools."
