"I called the hotel 2 hours before my arrival, they didn't have my information on file but told me to get there anyways and by the time of my arrival they would have everything ready for me. "The hotel is situated near public transportation. However, they don't tend to tell you if some of the amenities fail (heater, fan, etc). The staff members are nice, but they fail to tell you about certain things you need to pay for (guest attendance for pool, room service, etc). Overall, it was worth it to stay under the old management, but with the new changes and charges for the simple things, it's not worth it anymore."
