"Fantastic hotel, perfectly located a 5 minute easy walk to Murdoch train and bus station, with great service from staff, especially at breakfast.  Room very quiet, with modern design meaning the aircon is virtually silent in the room but works fantastically.  Breakfast option with the room outstanding value, with quality food cooked perfectly and delivered by polite and friendly staff.  Improvements - the in-room fridge temperature is pre-set and cannot be changed, but was set to about 6 Celcius when should be more like 2 or 3 celcius, when the room is booked for 4 people there should be 4 tea/coffee cups provided (not just 2), the beds should be set with 4 pillows per bed as standard (not just 2), and the extractor fan in the ceiling needs cleaning (as very bad buildup present).  "
