"We booked last minute so were glad to have a room. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. When we entered the fully mirrored elevator, someone was polishing it. (He told us it was cleaned every four hours!) It was spotless, as was everything else in the hotel. Our room was compact but had a place for everything. The staff stored our bags the next day for an indeterminate amount of time. The lobby has plenty of seating and workspace. The riverfront is 2 blocks away for strolling. We would be happy to replicate this experience in other cities. "

"The room was a perfect size for my family, loved the full kitchen and laundry, large dining table and two large sofas. Beds were very comfy, air conditioning worked well and bathroom was clean and adequate. There was no noise from other tenants and the street outside was relatively quiet, a good end of the city. We used the pool which was clean and a good size. The only negative was limited car parks for guests as these are mostly reserved for permanent tenants. The upper level carpark has very steep staircase access to the mezzanine floor, no disabled access so not a suitable carpark for me. I would recommend this accommodation for family groups and anyone who needs a central city location without being in the congested heart of the city."

"A nicely located hotel with views overlooking the Swan River. Close to centre of Perth. Comfortable rooms. Air conditioning didn't seem to be working when I arrived, but was fine for the following days. Breakfast was good value, but I would have welcomed more choice."
