"CAUTION. Spent 3 weeks in Italy and this is the only place I had issues with. The air con is non functional - on/off only with some (warmish) air. "We had a 6 night stay in this comfortable, clean, modern and spacious hotel. We loved the area, which is right across from the Opera House of Rome. There are lots of shops, great (and affordable!) restaurants and we walked everywhere in Rome without using any other transport (other than the Stadio Olympio). It is about 10 minutes walk from Termini Station, so we were there little more than half an hour from leaving the airport. The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was absolutely superb. I would definitely come back stay here if I was lucky enough to be in Rome again!"
