"I proprietari, Luca e sua moglie, sono molto gentili e ci hanno accolto calorosamente. La struttura è un appartamento rimodernato molto bene con 3 camere disponibili (potrebbe capitare di sentire rumori dalle altre camere). Tutto molto nuovo e pulito. Posizione buona, vicino alla metro Garbatella. Quartiere silenzioso. Unico punto da migliorare è la mancanza del wifi"

"This property said it included breakfast but it did not the first day (Sunday) as the cafe was closed. Also the building is not easy to find and taxis cannot easily get to the main door. Neighbourhood felt a little sketchy. "

"First line of the description drew me to this property. Unfortunately it's not what I believed it to be!😭 However the room was very clean and very spacious. Even though I got upset and spoke directly with the owner because of the description being false we did have a fantastic time. "CAUTION. Spent 3 weeks in Italy and this is the only place I had issues with. The air con is non functional - on/off only with some (warmish) air. Open the window and hear the train that is right below. Host doesn’t speak English and was not flexible. We left 2 days early without refund. Even at the extra expense I could not stay in that room. "Hotel is close walk to Ostiense train station and Pyramid metro, making it convenient to airport and all around Rome. Located in residential neighborhood with great restaurants, good prices. Room was comfortable with private bath and staff were kind. We appreciated the gracious upgrade to two adjoining rooms each with bath as mother/daughter travelling together. Would stay here again for the room price, access around Rome, and neighborhood with affordable food and drink."

"Pros: About a 7 minute walk from the metro station and really close to most tourist spots. Cons: WiFi didn’t work at all for anyone. The guy said that it was broken but that they were fixing it. They weren’t, because it never worked. The area is also kind of ghetto and the place is hard to find. Breakfast is a coffee with a croissant from across the street. "
