"This is the best place I've stayed at in this Northern Italy trip hands down. This is a beautiful, classy property worthy any compliment thinkable for Como. It's modern, stylishly équipée, and very well maintained. No idea why anyone would complain about noise in previous comments. This is low season, almost no one in the hotel. "The apartment was very clean , spacious and tidy, fit for a family. No parking near the hotel, the only place to park is about 7 min walk from the place and we had to do several rounds with the car to find a suitable spot."

The villa has amazing view to the Città Alta and the mountains behind them, which unfortunately might soon be hidden as there is a construction just next to the villa. Luckily it’s still there, so go drink some wine on the roof and enjoy the views. "

"Close to public transport and plenty of eating places nearby. Room was nice. There is a communal kitchen shared by the three guest rooms which has free tea, coffee and snacks available. You can hear people if they are in this area but it was nice and quite when we were there. I would stay here again. "
