"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "

"What an amazing property! Camilla was so welcoming, understanding of travel issues, and was so attentive and easy to communicate with during our stay. Honestly, probably the nicest place we stayed at in Italy! Located right downtown in Como- easy to walk to ahopping, dinner, the boat rides (if you do that), and the train car. Absolutely lovely."

"It was a wonderful experience in B&B Casa Nini. From where to start and what to say...everything will be less to discribe. Daniel, the B&B owner is one of the kind and compassionate Italian we've met ever. Upon arrival he explained everything, showed us some restaurants and offered help to give reservation. The checkout date of us was a train strike and he even drove us to the station where train for central Milan will stop. The room, whole B&B was nicely decorated. Washroom was big...

Francesca is absolutely wonderful and her mother was delightful. They gave us great recommendations and made reservations on our behalf. The Villa has everything you need for a great stay in Lake Como - views, breakfast, extras like coffee maker and a welcome wine, bathrobes and slippers. Simply wonderful!"

"The B&B is conveniently located, with lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to Lake Como. The room was clean and comfortable. Terrance and kitchen were shared with other guests. The terrace was a nice place to sit and play games as a family. Breakfast was generous and staff were very friendly. "

"This is a fantastic place to stay. It is only 5 minutes from the funicular in the citta Alta and 2 minutes from the central square. The accomodation is very unique_ almost as if set in the walls. Breakfast of fruit, yoghurt, cheese and ham. The host was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend."

"In a good location. About a 20 minute walk from the train station and bus station. Check in was a little strange with no one to great us and had we not had the kindest of a stranger and their Internet, we would have been unable to download the message from the app with the owners number on it to gain access to the property. We saw noone for the whole of our stay. Room was OK. Downside is none of the plug holes had plugs. "
