"The good: Villa was very clean up on arrival. The beds are comfortable. The mini-split heat/AC worked well, although we didn't need it much. The villas all sit on top of a hill, with spectacular views. The food at the restaurant on the property is some of the best in the area, and you will struggle to beat the price. Great location, very clean and spacious and steps from the Piazza della Signoria. It's also on a side street so very quiet. Don't look any further if you're a group/family of 4 looking for a place to stay in Florence. "
